Roy’s essay has just been deleted because it is not his original work.
Do not waste my time and yours by writing out an essay that was written by another person and allow me to type it out and give comments without notifying me that it isn’t your work.
I want to highlight the seriousness of copying someone else’s work, especially when it is published.
Copyright protects the expression of ideas, (e.g. in words and illustrations.) Ideas alone are not protected. The following may be protected under copyright law:

The author has the right to take legal action on you if he or she finds out that you’ve ‘stolen’ his or her original work.
